He never did it and this is the first i've heard of it so I doubt anyone is doing it during a challenge.. or at least I hope lol.

I actually think that I saw a post somewhere (was it Jess?) that said he actually did use it during a challenge at some point but yeah how can we put this into the rules, if the rules are on the first page?

You don't they just get added to the new updates.

Personally I think it should be allowed if both parties agree, if the other person wants to wait longer to duel then it's okay.
You may see it as another form of pre-buff, but I see it as another form of re-gearing which is allowed.

Well pretty much the overall consensus is that it shouldn't be aloud. I can see where you're coming from as it being another gear but aside from the fact that it does take a while it just takes even more of the strategy out of the equation when facing an opponent. I mean now you can just stuff as many setups in your stash as you can and then go respec into w/e setup you like after a set to try and get the advantage over your opponent. It's very bm imo.
