I can tell you all right now. This claw cant, won't, and never will spawn on east. The fact that it has 5/5 and %chance to amp proves that.

The issue isn't the claw itself or dclaw. It's the fact that all you have to do is dtalon or dclaw for amp on a summon. Then hold mb down the entire duel until amp is gone. Pretty op if you ask me. On an already ridiculously op class
