Calling dodge on #2 since he's failed to respond to my pm's the last 2 days and has been on.

Did u save sent PM? I know the ladder runners used to make me save a sent PM...
I have him added on D2, but he really hasn't logged on much lately.

We dueled, he admitted to stash prebuffing to me 6/6 of our duels and we talked to egardner. I told him I want a fair duel and to Respec so he's not pure stash es. He said to give him a bit. Ive pmd him twice. He's either got a loss for stash prebuffing or for dodging since it's been 2 days without responses.

Yeah when I first dueled him before my char was done he also prebuffed against me too.
I didn't say anything though.
