i mean i played this mu with max defiance/max hf, pure 80k+ defense smiters and i know for a fact barb still wins, too much of a hit/run and mobility advantage, with lots of ar/ow/frw you just clip smiters for so much dmg

a 30k defense exile pally with max charge/resist auras on a 1v1 ladder has no real chance, u would have to be afk to lose on barb

Maybe denial of Exile Smite vs Druid with allowing it other match ups is the best compromise?

4k foh does almost no dmg and it just weakens your defense greatly, vs perfect gear chars raising foh above 1 point is completely pointless

foh is a skill meant for pub games for people with bad gear

Agreed. It's good for chipping from range (better complimented on Hdin from more +skills)/using it to chain with Smite' swirly on opponents teleport, but investing heavily in it just seems like you sacrifice too much.

i'd leave it until someone climbs the ladder and proves it's OP

Imo v/t can do good with your rules without oak

it's decent for two 1v1 duels, necros or paladins.. also i think oak has nothing to do with it, if you can namelock good oak is pretty irrelevant vs a paladin

personally i'd still rather charge in a serious duel, the dmg is insanely high and it has one of the fastest hitting combos in the game(tele>charge) frame wise

sorcs, druids, sins, and zons foh is useless against outside for stun purposes

Barb has to drop dr / ar / dmg to duel a good v/t
esp a tapping v/t

FoH/Conv weakens the barb imO

Try stacking max dr/ mass ar / lres / dmg

Also, Smite swirls + foh = deadly stomps vs any caster
