Allowing 1 point base into any druid skill should be allowed. The same way a trapper is still considered a trapper with 1 point kick, or dc, or a barb is still a bvc with one point warcry. Theres no reason not to allow that since between ele armor it would be impossible to deal fire dmg, the same way a decent druid would never ever take cane dmg
And a lvl 1 cano physical dmg is neglectable, like 1/8th the physical of mindblast.


Also there shouldnt be any restrictions on items (expect perhaps forcing enigma, although anyone who plans on dvding without teleport wont make it anywhere), esp things like bmanas (mana pooling allowed on the most mana manageable mains stream character) / sops (i know you already allowed it) when these are the items people already actively put on their druids. Restricting little stuff like this forces people to have full switches for a dvd setup, which is very unatractive for the majority of users with a druid who may want to play

Also, banning wsg in any case really is silly ~~
Its impossible to judge a tech as such as being "overly defensive" when we are talking about a match up at which literally cant be lost if you were to just stand on a wall and nado 1 direction (assuming infinite patience). Allowing all tech's discussed here counters that defensive scenario as well as allows the mach ups meta to evolve. Listing restrictions on such ultimately stunts the growth of the players, match up, and size of the community by limiting the creativity of individual players.
