at the very minimum i would say you can't be a 2 handed charger. max block helps.

Also, another rule update: If you decide you want to respec to change skills or setup in general, you must start back at the bottom of the ladder.

you can token 5 times a day, i don't care. And yes, if you decided you wanted to add str to change enigma types or something, that isn't a big deal. but it is not right to be able to completely change your setup halfway up the ladder. (For example, going from TV to VC). Pick something, try it, and if you don't like it start back over.
