as for the challenging 3 spots above; definately not for in the top 10 on the list.. otherwise one person could get from 9th to challenging 1st in 3 (sets of) duels.
One should have to work their way up the ladder, moving 3 at a time is just too fast, imo.
not to mention the top bunch of people are pretty active, the duels are processed and completely relatively quickly.
