Challenge System
1) Allowed to challenge a player up to a maximum of 2 ranks above you
2) 3-Day Dodge Rule (Afk, No-reply, No-show = Auto-Loss)

7) Not allowed to challenge the same person from previous engagement within 3 days if you lose
8) 3 Day Away Rule: If you challenge someone and he/she is away from Jsp for 3 days or more, automatic Dodge
Rule applied, you get his rank and can challenge someone else, no need to wait for Admin to update your new Rank.
9) Loser of a Challenge now cannot issue a Challenge towards Anyone for 24 hours (he or she can still be challenged by others)

i think smiter needs strengths but very good amulet

it doesn't matter, if it's 20 dex that's just 20 more points you can put into str lol

smiter need str? nigma covers all str that pally needs?

strengths = damage

a pure smiter will just put all stats points into vita.

Thats why smiters always look for 15 strengths 10%cb gloves cuz higher damage.
