allowing them in all svs would be more convenient... that way you dont have to worry about your opponent breaking that rule, because you honestly cannot prove mana potting...
imo, just allow it, it wouldnt hurt anyone and it would make things easier
es sorcs are already at a disadvantage in svs, and if your an es sorc, your going to want to pot no matter what % your opponents es is
considering that vita vs es SHOULD be where the mana potting would be questionable, and that is NOT the issue here, just making it legal across the board should be fine
