Not sure. I also have not heard from. Paul also has a duel with him supposedly for tonight.

Aftering checking the poll it is at 12/20, and only 4 votes for no charges.
But it looks like people are wanting to have only select charges as opposed to all charges

Obviously we can add/remove charges if we choose to as it goes. drafting a list of charges right now.

I would like to point out that if you are using charges for something important, like for example tele and you run out of charges that does not constitute stopping a duel for repair.
I feel like it was necessary to post that last line.
