This ladder is correct... It should also be noted that Tom_bs does have an item different from other peeps... The item is not bm and he knows the rules set forth according to his particular character when using that item... If need be pm a Moderator to watch the duel...
In any case I nulled the duel of Noeymc vs Tom_bs as a moderator was never addressed with this issue.

His gear is still according to gm rules... he and I spoke in regards to his gear... also none of the moderators were informed of this... and as long as he abides by the gm rules he is fine...

He did not drop and I decided to null that duel as There was no s/s's among other things...

He was also essentially bullied into dropping... which is unfortunate...
