i have a question about one of the rules
in the potion section it is stated that es sorcs cannot use mana potions

Potions:
Only mana potions may be used by by non es sorc’s.
Energy shield sorcs may not use mana pots

however, to my knowledge it has always been gm for a sorc to mana pot in vs all, and sorcs with >80%es are allowed to mana pot in svs
i planned on joining the ladder for shits and giggles once im done lvling it, but since i am 75% es and not built for svs at all (max block/es isnt exactly the best svs build) once i saw the no mana pot rule it raised a potential problem
considering 2-3 fb's should completely take out a sorcs mana provided that they are es, most sorcs would have there es completely dropped, thus putting them at a disadvantage
especially with the es/max res/sorb mitigation rules set up

so basically, would there be a different set of rules for sorcs with certain es %'s?

Potions:

Es Vs Vita Duels: Both sorcs may use mana pots only.
All shrines are banned.

But es sorcs with an es under 80% should be allowed to mana pot
