As for drunken and me i will get his spot since he was not able to duel me in the maximum time that can be given for a duel.
However due to circumstance i would not count it as a dodge, instead just forfeit his spot.
This also means his rechalenge is also valid so there is really no harm done on the ruling.

Important Update:
3 Days Grace is no longer allowed for ANYONE. If you win a duel the person you beat must wait 3 days to challenge you for the same spot but you can still be challenged by any other person who hasn't dueled you and lost.
