The only downside to this new rule is, the Winner is unable to post duel due to players in a P.D above him. Rules state to not challenge someone in a P.D so if both players above the Winner are in a P.D then I assume it would be free game for both the Winner and Runner up to post a challenge when the above ranks are finished with thier P.D. That's when being active and good timing come into play. What are your guy's opinion on this? I'm sure we will run into it here before long. ><

IMO, whoever initiated the duel should wait 1 day to challenge for a higher spot. So if I challenged someone with a higher rank than me and won or lost. I have to wait for a day or so to challenge again for a higher spot. This prevents rapid movement in ladder from people that are constantly on compare with those that aren't just to see what is open. This forces them to defend their spot for at least one day to prove they really deserve it.

EDIT: I nullify my match with Devilish. I didn't pm him so the match isn't actually been sealed. I've got to work a lot this week, but will take challenges as suppose to challenging for a higher position.

This is more along the lines of what I initially suggested. That's classy that you would nullify the match, bro. You didn't have to do that. I was willing to duel you again, just suggesting something to prevent future things like this.

Oh yeah, I think you meant opposed instead of suppose? ;)

I didn't want to nullify the match actually, but sort of forced to. I will be travelling on site for my job and the connection, etc. will make it hard to bvb. I'll get back to challenging on Saturday when I get back, but will take challenges.
