This isn't like the world ladder where a token will completely change up the character.

Jer, leartnwofly was not removed because of a character judgement
He was removed because he does not have PM access and hasn't logged in or posted anything on d2jsp in 9 days
The user is inactive and needs to be removed to keep the ladder clean

My 2 cents on the recent drama:
I could care less who you are or what your reputation is so long as you aren't breaking the rules and/or being disruptive to this ladder's GM conduct
A bit of shit talk is expected in any PvP environment but there is a difference between "a bit of shit talk" and "being disruptive"
Our job as mediators, is to make sure that things do not become disruptive to the GM conduct of this ladder
When things do become disruptive, we change rules/formats and remove users from the list
The objective is to make sure that everyone is having a good time

There are many things that are disruptive to an organized GM community such as this
Here are a few things that need to be pointed out, pertaining to this particular case:
* Having a scuff with someone is expected from time to time but disrespecting every single user that you come across is just plain bad sportsmanship, which is disruptive and it won't be tolerated
* Using perfect stat imported/unperm/duped gear is completely disruptive to the very ideal of "The GM PvP Ladder" and unfair to users who are using real characters that they worked their asses off to build ~ It won't be tolerated
* Being a multi is being a multi and that's your own business as far as I am concerned so long as only one of your accounts is entered in to this ladder at any given time ~ Entering two accounts is disruptive and it won't tolerated


All in all, everyone deserves a 2nd chance and this one goes out to Madlife
But if users keep reporting bad sportsmanship and/or you are seen perming out of games
I will remove you, again

Unperms are shit. Perm 32020s are cheap enough now and can be found in the gm melee community very easily.

I thought the name was enough to indicate that duped/hacked/imported items were not ok

Either way, a lot of people accidently buy and use unpermed things before they poof and it isn't their fault
We all understand this and if you have unperm 3/20/20s, that's your own business to deal with as most of us have 3/20/20s anyways
In other words, it's really not disruptive vs the gear that others are using
What we are more concerned about, is people coming in with unperm shit like Hybrid Runewords, Powerful Ethereal Mat Javas that don't exist anywhere else legitimately, INV full of 3/xx/5 frw
Now you're talking having a serious character advantage over other people who are wearing real GM gear

You're fine as long as you aren't using some strange imported/bugged item zon stacked with shit that is impossible to find legitimately

Unperms are for scumbags.. And jewels respectively.
37x unperm sc's is a lot. his entire inventory.. How does that reflect on people who actually bought their gear as perm... Or for us who have bought UAP..

This guy has been allowed back because he is a multi-account.......... The fact that he would try and go behind your back to to create said account, and rejoin this ladder.. should kind of speak volumes about his character.

I know I don't want to duel someone with an entirely unperm inventory... And who's going to stop that situation from escalating to 5/3/20s -- highlords wrath, etc etc..

Anyway... Tl;dr again. using unperms, and being fully aware of it is bm.
