not at all. i have always used cold as my primary. i stomp, chain, etc... light sorc is different and shouldnt even be in this discussion because they dont really have any penalties besides luck.
es rules are NOT jus because of vin in any way... how long have u been svsing for? i was the first person to join the last ladder and that lasted a decade. thru the decade, we have talked about all of this.

either way forget about es sorc, since im the only using it, focus more on balance cold sorc.
in 15 years of svsing.. we have tried to balance cold, me being at the forefront lol
the problem is, seemingly small changes make cold op. the only thing i can think of now is to change ladder to not allow anya quest which is kinda ridiculous, but would lessen fire n light life by a decent amount.
