It's more skill then sorc type / cast rate.

IMO I had an easier time using tals vs cold then using my 200 vita

A cold sorc was on my list to make but 45 cold gcs are so hard to find which is why I never got one up.

I had a 2.2k/ 5.2k 50% w/ spirit Es blizz not too long ago.
