The mechanics of the game operate at 25fps,indeed, but we are talking about visual frame rates.
And I can almost guarantee that not one person on Xbox lowers their resolution to 1080p instead of 4K to get an extra 5-10fps on their box when they duel, so yes it is 99% all the same fps so it is a moot point.
FPS becomes very relevant if Blizzard allows pc vs console dueling. Then consolers are facked.
