an agreed area for dueling must be agreed upon before the duels begin. if moor is split by a bridge, duels and pooling must take place in the area closest to town.

Forcing manas be placed only in one area of the moor so that a bow/hdin camp team (with infinite arrows btw) is not a good rule. They can sit on top of the mana pool and drink them until the pool is gone...ya smart rule
Just like you dont want a zon to be forced to duel without arrows people shouldnt be forced to duel without mana stop being pussys
