For those who don't know what WSG/Desynch/IBS (etc) is:
Weapon Switch Glitch is a mechanic in Diablo 2 PvP where you constantly hit W (or whatever your hotkey for weapon switching/swapping is) to get out of FHR animation/stun locks.
Desynch is when you move faster than the server updates your opponents minimap so if you move quick enough you appear to be in the wrong place, or invisible.
Invisible Bone Spirits (Also applies to Nados, Fireball, GA etc) is a mechanic in Diablo 2 PvP where you constantly spam Bone Spirits off screen and they can hit your opponents invisibly.

My opinion:
Back in the OG days of PvP (1.10/1.11 and I THINK 1.12 I don't remember exactly) WSG wasn't really a thing for PvP, so I personally wouldn't mind if it was removed/patched.
Although having playing w/ it for years afterwards (I forgot what patch it trended in, I think 1.12), it's now a norm and hard to look past it playing w/o it.

IBS is just the sprites that are on top of the hitboxes of the projectile disappearing at extreme range / based on timing (im actually unsure EXACTLY of the two which causes it) it will likely be fixed, as it's just a sprite bug, the necro player can always see his own IBS train so it's clearly just an issue with how it uploads to the server, can almost guarantee it's fixed. on the other hand, using trains to control space and manage / lockdown your opponent's positioning options is still going to very much be a powerful strategy especially in team duels. it doesn't need to be invis to be good.
