Holy shit you’re heated. I’m not sure what I put in my personal posts to keep track of my own workouts when I was like 16 buddy (edit: upon looking at these in my personal blogs they look fine and extremely personalized for myself when I was playing hs football), but I promise you’re probably a dogshit personal trainer that believes shit like:
If you eat before bed, you’ll gain fat
Strength training will make you bulky, therefore girls shouldn’t
That cardio is better for losing weight, when actually lifting is better from a body composition standpoint
Probably think squatting below 90 degrees is bad for you knees
That you need to eat “clean” to lose weight
That lifting stunts growth
That muscle can turn to fat if you stop lifting or vice versa if you start lifting
That you need to eat low carbs to lose weight or any other bs diet
Wouldn’t be surprised if you believed most these myths. Bragging about being a “trainer” is pretty pathetic when literally anyone can become one, and so many of them are dogshit.
Mobility is a big emphasis in my training these days starting with the Stuart McGill big 3. You probably don’t even know who Stuart McGill is
