Event added: Circlet Gambling for Level 30/49

/edit as per PM, when gambling a player from the other team (ideally a Captain but this is not firm) must be in attendance to confirm the gambled treasure. This will apply to all crafting / gambling / Runeword events etc (this is serious business Yo) :)

I asked Donger for support on doing a rankings for 9. I have provisional standings for the level 30 players (that competed in tournaments throughout 2022) and I have standings based on the MLD tournaments open and melee for the 49's.

I might be able to give you access to a MLD Barb, if you want a whirl at that as well for this. (you would need to rush and level yourself). putting you down for gambling for now.
