Dont need to focus on block rate, especially with the new changes.

Btw, lightning sorcs are terrible for pvp. Roughly same damage as fire sorcs, but with +20 skill point investments, shorter range and worse cast time with no real tradeoff.
Only positive compared to fire is that you can skill thunder storm.
