update on rules guys,

- No more than 10 hard skill point in Leap is allowed
- Barbarian Combat skillers are banned

- Dragon Talon is allowed vs Necromancer
- No more than 66% open wounds with use of dragon flight. Chaos+Fury is ok since only main hand %OW is applied. (due to broken block/dodge mechanics)

Europe region.

Tournament will take place on January 9th 2021 - 1 pm cet.

25% to second place

D2A League Prize Fund :
- 2500fg for qualifiers finalists

- 1000fg for EU vs USA Final ( 100% to winner )
