I think the desync on ww you showed is because you're using an item that grants ww. I've been using bloodletters in my barb build in lld to grant ww skill and I'm getting the same bugs as the sin in that video.

Interesting. We were wondering if it was due to claw block since it only was happening on sin for us, but even with only one claw equipped it was still occurring which ruled that out. I think you're correct about what is causing it - I'll edit the bug report thread with a note.
