Use Case 1:
95% es Sorc
1). You take a 6k dmg iga hit so after the 1/6 penalty that is 1,000 damage to you.
2). Now you are going to absorb 95% of that hit meaning you are now taking 50 damage.
3). Let's say you have shako on for 10% dr. You now take 45 damage
4). However let's say you have a Sol in your helm. Now you take 43 dmg
Think I got the order right but it has been forever. ES mitigation first then comes % DR and flat DR. Meaning with higher ES there is a point where flat MDR and DR become very very good at damage mitigation.
The role of TK is to decrease the amount of mana ES drains when you get hit. It only works off base points and 16 TK = 1:1 ratio but most ES Sorcs max it.
