Yea I haven't put one on yet for d2r and it's definitely irritating pvping without one

I dont play with mouse capture currently on d2r, and throughout the years have gone with and without (d2 glide i have it on these days though)

Its more so muscle memory not to leave the window, or react and get back in immediately. Disable mouse acceleration and lower dpi settings and its really not bad at all. Definitely worth it to play without to extend casting range
