3 prefixes and 3 suffixes max for a rare circ

Notable Prefixes in order of importance:

+2 class skills [sorc/nec/pal/sin > dru/zon > barb]
+1-2 open sockets (mechanic's)
+1% AR/Lv (visionary)
+16-20% all resistances (prismatic)
+31-40 specific resistance [except poison]
+61-90 mana (great wyrm's)

Notable Suffixes in order of importance:

+20% faster cast rate (of the magus)
+30% faster run/walk (of speed)
+21-30 strength (of atlas)
+16-20 dexterity (of perfection)
+41-60 life (of the colossus)
+10% faster hit recovery (of balance)
+7-8% life leech (of the lamprey)
+7-8% mana leech (of the vampire)
