I get spammed from people asking to modify rules. This way it can be an open discussion with top pvpers or anyone that feels like contributing. Not trying to reinvent the rules but instead create an outlet for people to ask why things are set as they are without spamming the tourney thread.

stacking open wounds only increases the probability of it procing, not the damage. Don't get dclaw'd or kicked.

no to oak, fpk players been trying to push the envelope since legacy. first it was gm if both players agree (which led to fpk players oaking by default unless called out), now it's always gm.

makes sense in fpk but it's not balanced for general pvp.
