Put simply:
You and I wager, but we disagree on a ruleset.

This mod interprets what they think is right and stipulates a new rule on a ruleset (clearly not defined in the stated ruleset he linked)
and now i am forced to rematch under a ruleset, based on the opinion of a mod, which heavily favors the enemy.
I never agreed to iniate a wager under said new ruleset, there i am not accountable to uphold the agreement of the wager, as the wager agreement has been altered.
This is fundamentally not okay, and sets a bad precedent imo

I have to honestly say I don't really like kappa I have barely met him but when he does enter the lld scene he is a cancer more or less. but VT is an established build which is foh/smite.

So what it looks like is that they agreed to a VT vs VT duel but never agreed to what a VT specifically is.

If that is a correct assumption, I'd just take tall wager duels out of s/a because you could claim any build could incorporate any thing lol.

Again, KaseyK is the clearly better dueler to anyone who has seen them both duel, just wondering/interested about this call! :]

Just for the record, I have offered to pay a 15%ed/+775 defense mage plate enigma in honour og KaseyK not because I think it's deserved, just because I was a part of the convo and I had one to spare! KaseyK already has access to the account it's on so he can pay it himself if he wants to.
