In the dev deep dive they specifically said "we plan to leave in all the bugs that make d2 what it is". Just gonna be really sad if they don't fix wsg

There is a 99% chance they will fix it on D2:R, it's too important, and even the top content creators are vouching for it to be fixed.

If it worked before (alpha) it can work again.

They fucked around with weapon swap itself, so it might literally just be as easy as swapping back the alpha code for it. I don't think it broke bc of some other unknown change.

The problem is we can't even convey consensus from the pvp community because a lot of the pvp players already consider it doomed and arent willing to voice their opinions on the forums. Then there's a ton of pindle spamming pvmers on the official forums saying "KEEP WSG OUT ITS A BUG". It's not looking good lmfao.
