I am not against enigma.. i just believe its unfair to make rules with charges use.. which is give advantage to teleport chars vs no teleport chars...

I will never be able to win a tele smiter when he double stun a bowazon... and he has non stop oak.. coming attack. Going back recast oak etc..

My only chance is to use slow % else no way... where is the balance in this?? He has 75% block on my hits plus the oak tanking and i got 0% block cause smite isnt blockable

And why changing the slow% rule from 35 to 10%?? You can use more ias to reduce it...

Make it fpk tournament then...

Imo you should make it a lot more fair for all chars cause this way you miss people

Zon is a strong 1v1 char, you obv have counters like smite but every other char has counters also
