I don't think anyone ever said the screenshot system is 100% infallible, it's just a simple way to make it more difficult for people to get away with the more common/available methods.

TLDR you're still accusing people without physical evidence.
Bandicam is your best friend for accusations if you seriously think someone is illegitimate and want to expose them.
