Paid vacation for 28-31 days? My family owns a successful company and I work for different company. No business gives employees full paid vacation for 28-31 days. Are you that entitled that the owners of the company would give you full paid vacation while they continue to work? Is every other employee working for the company getting the same entitlement? Do you understand how much money they would be spending to give such entitlements?
