Nice to see oak is an option ^^ (but I guess it won't be used much, since both players must agree and not many people would want to give their opponent use of oak). I'd definitely put "no corpse skills" under druids too, since technically right now druids could carrion vine (10% hp recovered per body eaten lol).

Consider a specific rule section for sorc vs sorc and sin vs sin. While I don't have much sorc experience, see below for my opinion on sins:

I would partially agree that Lo rune shouldn't be allowed overall. But I'd argue that hybrid should be allowed to use Lo or wisp if they so choose against a trapper (and vice versa). It's purely 1 sided in which the trapper can abuse higher damage/mana/40life rep and corner if he so chooses. Without the mitigated damage there's little to no incentive for a hybrid or spider (with lower ar and damage than ghost) to jump into 5x traps and attempt to ww against someone who has ~59-60% block. The "ability to ww" is essentially completely nulled. I speak from d2pk experience playing from both sides.

Also, I'm not sure if you've ever gone pure trap against a 7000 mana es sorc with life rep and wants to l8z or play just barely short of it. Fb poke out ranges trap poke and this match up can be surprisingly difficult against an experienced sorc who doesn't want to be caught. Chasing them down often results in at least 1 fb to the face only to have them wsg out and rep up once you "catch" them. Having a Vex to weaken the fb train spam damage will promote a more chasing playstyle and less camping play style. Anyway less concerned with this matter than the aforementioned one above.
