I am curious about hybrid runewords:

I.E. if I choose to use Spirit of Phoenix on my druid build, is that acceptable?

I feel it should be allowed (It adds 10 max FR, 5 max LR) figuring this is a 1v1 duel it will only be used as priority towards one specific class; and this item can be considered "sorb" instead of using a Lo Lo diadem, or a 20% Wisp.

it is allowed, but do know you can not use any sorb or other +max fire res when using that.

also you are only allowed to use wisp with it ( 1 x ). no other + max res.

If you stay within the 85res or 80/20 rules you are fine.

Also will there be a cap on hybrid runewords?

I plan on using Enigma of Duress and Spirit of Phoenix on my druid.

Use all you want as long as you stay within the gm sorb rules.
