There are flaws but its a nice compilation of active-semiactive duelers

can't really expect one person to judge the skill of every dueler..especially ones he has not dueled or seen duel..and by going to an outside source there is already a chance of biased opinion or hatred of some other dueler.. making lists is utterly useless

the fact that he was placed at teir 1 for east over botan/mil/marvel and a handful of others is odd
