ive sent multiple challenge pm's and all responces are "cant play d2 atm (with no time or date of when he can).

Looking at the other thread, he never actually confirmed the challenge correct? However, not accepting a challenge I feel should be the same as a dodge, and have the same rules, time limits set for it. You originally posted the challenge and Pm on the 4th @ 12:27 Pm, so he still has one more day to avoid the dodge.

He hasn't messaged any of us either asking for an extension, and you are allowed to challenge up to 2 ranks, maybe since he never actually accepted the challenge, you challenge the 11th spot instead?

Either way, I will pm him too, and see if I can get any answers, and I'm open for feedback on this from everyone else.

he dueled me w/o a problem , he must have a legit reason why he cant duel

i would say that cavil just challenge #11 and no dodge be issued , just my 2 cents

here are the drama free rules

the three days should start from the thread post (just state that u sent a pm in ur post), nn to accept because you cant say no, and extensions are the responsibility of the person being challenged.
