btw gd changing rules so cold sorcs have an advantage, so now that my light will take more hits than cold sorc we should change the rules for light?

es/blizz sorcs are bad enough as it is.
and lightning is based off of rolls
u either get good or bad

nice concept of the rule change, lets see how it pans out

Trust me, it's still not easy being a cold sorc. a 399 cold stack + Raven is still completely good mannered.

These rules just make it possible for a Blizzy to be half-way viable in SvS.

I'm #7 on the NL SvS ladder and the top cold sorc. I don't see myself being able to hit #1, but i'll probably break into the top 3.

These rules just make it possible for a very skilled Blizz sorc to have a chance.

any good vita cold sorc can be #1
