Yes, you may need to use a token if any of your items it's not visible. I usually keep several tokens on me, it can happen to the best player.

i changed jewel in stormshield and in hurry didnt realize/forgot str changed ^^

Best practice is to Equip all gear without Torch and anni in you're inventory.
Stat for strength and after all gear is on then add in you're Torch + anni and point in you're dex for max block.
There are occasion's wear armor's might not show due to a bug in the game but the person does have enough strength to show said armor, this isn't considered bm being that there's nothing you could do about this, I've noticed this happen to user's of Black Hades.
Aslong as the person is stated without Torch and Anni to equip gear there is no problem displaying gear in most cases.
