more damage than FOH and no need to aim. you cant kill a necro because thunder will strike the bone prisons instead of the nec. but other characters are freekill.

She's not very good against FoH or BvA. More meant for SvS.

you beat a FOH easily if you play ES and have 225 LR. its too easy vs barb aswell. teleport around ...... but you will see guys. TS is way too strong for GM PVP. what's the damage with precast ? 3200 light or even more ?

This is dmg with stock gear and no pre-cast staff etc. My LR is also only +129%. Pre-cast dmg is 3,888 and I don't have a +2 +3 ts staff.

I don't make the rules, Pred said it was OK to run her. But we're going to do some testing today or tomorrow so that might change.

your stats seem to be low. i hope you put 20 points into telekinesis. your LR too low vs FOH. your life pool too small compared to mana pool. on ES sorc you want 1k life 1200 mana. to balance perfectly the 55% ES From precast staff with 20 passive telekinesis.
you will probably die with your set up which seems to do not be perfectly ready and balanced for duels
but again with a TOP geared ES TS sorceress you don't fear any oponent except necro and his bone prisons. that's my opinion after testing. its fun to play yes, its fun to build yes, but its not balanced for PVP.
