The zeal and conc guides are still accurate for the most part.

As Koston said. some of the zealots don't use tap. However you still need to be ready for it, for people like me who still adhere to PN rulesets where tap is default. The rules vary wildly depending on which format you are dueling in. However the good rule of thumb is to just expect grief, death, doom and metamorph to be banned.

Likewise, you have Coooley's ruleset where pretty much anything goes lol.

To your original question though, most of those guides are still accurate. Especially the conc guide, it hasn't changed in 20 years.
