Well we're talking about all rare duels here. Pretty sure inner sight isn't considered BM anymore in any scenario in regular duels. But in rare duels, defense is pretty much the only thing you got so having a skill that can eradicate all of your defense when you have no DR or anything else kinda blows. So yes, Inner Sight is banned in rare duels vs. conc and zealot. If any issues with this feel free to PM me or Minhaz, although Minhaz knows far more about this subject than myself.

We can't discuss tap here, this is an all rare/crafted tournament and Exile isn't allowed.
