How to challenge + Rules

You may only challenge 2 spots ahead of you, If you wish to challenge someone simply post and proceed by messaging the opponent.

You have up to 72 hours to get your duels done if one person cannot make it it will be a dodge, after 3x dodges you will be sent to the bottom of the ladder

Prohibitions

- Do not commit acts of bad manner.
- Do not stash prebuff.
- Do not use poison.
- Do not enchant.
- Do not use oak sage.
- Do no use of any summons.
- Do not jump.
- Do not use health pots.
- Do not use items that emit auras which affect player vs. player (PVP) and cause physical and/or elemental damage.
- Do not cast item/torch charges.

Dueling rules

[Starting Duel] - Both must say "go" before the duel begins.

[Location] - Duels take place in nightmare with the bridge map only.

[Miss-Clicking] - Continue fighting

[Glitched Strength] - Auto DQ will result if you die and can't pick up gear

[Chilling Armor] - Must not be on prior to a duel, Referee to kill off surviving player with chilling armor (or your opp if no ref is available or being used)

[Holyshield] - Do not cast holyshield prior to gear change. If casted hs and changed gear, Referee to kill off player and recast hs

[Gear Change] - You are allowed to token and change gear one time

[Running /Overly defensive play] - Point awarded to opponent if over 15 foh’s or charges without a smite attack.

[Draws] - If neither player survives a walk back to town, counts as a draw. No point awarded to either player.

[Conviction] - Do not use more than -150 conviction.

[Resists] - When skilling resist auras do not pass the allowed absorb limit (85 or 80/20)

Activating a resist aura is banned if it exceeds the stated sorb limit above.

More than 1 hard skill point in Prayer is banned.

[Content Moderation] - Spamming this ladder will be tolerated.

KB gloves and Giant Skull (Bone Visage)? curious why ban it in VTPK?

I think this is a strict/strange rule for VTPK, we should consider most of the fairness but not over limit the variability of pvp.

there are just disscussion/suggestion not spammed

I want a discussion, that’s why I made this post.

1: You knockback more often with kb gear on as a charger.

2: Correct no holy freeze chargers are allowed, that doesn’t mean you can’t use shock or freeze but you can’t dump points into these auras and become a freeze zealot aka freeze charger or a auradin.

I thought the wording was a little off on that section too, I’m open to a copy edit.

Looking like good rules on the fly actually ^

I was gonna launch it after ladder resets and I get my 20/11s but anyone else is more than welcome to launch it now.
