Code
- All mods, hacks, programs are banned. (WMC and other mouse-window capture programs are allowed.)
- Toxic attitude and arguing with the host/moderator may lead to loss/disqualification - Refusal to show gear, inventory, and/or weapon swap will result in suspension
- The Moor is to be cleared before dueling - Both players must signal the start of the duel
-No offensive abilities or curses be casted prior to your opponent signaling the start of the duel
- Towning or teleporting past Flavie and bridges in case of a bridge map results in a loss. (Being pushed via KB mechanics is not, come back out and re-signal the continuation.)
- No use of houses (accidentally entering the house is excused - request a mediator to sit in house if it is excessive)
- No use of shrines or wells
- Bridge maps should be used for 1v1
- Recasting is allowed
- Ties are null duels
- Refusal to duel results in a loss
- Players may not leave battle orders down or drop gear to rep life faster
- If you get to very low life (& mana for ES sorc), continue dueling to the finish. Running to replenish may lead to Loss/DQ
- Stream sniping is prohibited Consumables: - No consumables other than mana potions, arrows, and bolts
- No prebuffing. (Inventory/cube buff allowed.)
- You may stack arrows and mana potions in the Blood Moor before starting a duel
- No respecs/tokens between or during matches Items:
- No item charges are allowed with the exception of Oak Sage, Enchant, Teleport, and Heart of Wolverine
- Doom, blackoak luna, and rising sun are banned
- Slow is capped at 10% - Max resistance is 85%. (Exceptions are listed under class allowances)
- No more than 450 total cold resistance (Bonus displayed on character screen) or 420 total cold resistance with raven frost
- Max absorb is 20%
- Cannot use flat absorb in combination with % absorb to the same element
- When using absorb (% or flat) do not exceed 80% max resistance to the same element (exception tgods/phoenix)
- No more than one poison damage small charm is allowed - Life rep is capped at 33, NOT including + rep from CTA
- Only one item that grants CtC Life Tap can be worn at a time - When using Phoenix, all monsters must be redeemed before dueling - No "bugged ladder" items allowed (may be later allowed)
- No more than 66% Open Wounds
- No more than 20% life leech (edited) (edited)
Amazon Specific Rules:
- BOWAZONS ARE BANNED
- Slow missile is banned
- Plague javelin is allowed but no more than 1 point may be added to poison javelin
- 2x Raven Frosts allowed (No more than 325 total cold resist)
- Dracul's Grasp is banned
Barbarian Specific Rules:
- 2x Raven Frosts allowed (No more than 325 total cold resist)
Necromancer Specific Rules:
- No more than 15 hard points on bone spirit spirit
- No more than 1 point bone armor
- Bone Spirit and Teeth are banned for NvN (1v1 only)
- More than 1 hard skill point in lower resist or poison nova is banned
- Bone Prison is allowed only versus characters that can teleport
- All curses are allowed except Iron Maiden, Decrepify, and Life Tap
- Corpse skills are banned
- No more than 50% block chance (1v1 only)
- No more than 30% block chance versus Barb ( 1v1 only )
Paladin Specific Rules:
- Holy Freeze may not be used against amazon
- When skilling resist auras do not pass the allowed absorb limit (85 or 80/20)
- Hammerdins may use +15% max fire resist (Must be true hammerdin build)
- Activating a resist aura is banned (Exception: Salvation)
- Activating/Using Meditation, Prayer, Holy Bolt, and Redemption is banned
- More than 1 hard skill point in Prayer is banned (for cleanse purpose)
- Cleansing is not banned however using it other than the purpose of removing curses or reducing poison duration is not allowed
- Auradin builds are not allowed
Sorceress Specific Rules:
- Energy shield is BANNED
- No stash precast allowed
- Blaze may not be used against wind druids and hammerdins (1v1 only)
Assassin Specific Rules:
- Dual Claw Assassins with more than 1 hard skill point in lightning sentry cannot use absorb or + max resist. Those without may use +5 max resist or 20 absorb but not both
- For assassin vs assassin 1v1 duels, map may be cut short by den of evil or nearby box edge (whichever is closer)
Druid Specific Rules:
- Max 1 type of pet (Spirit Wolves/Dire Wolves/Grizzly) + oak
- Poison Creeper and Carrion Vine are banned. (due to frame rate issues)
- Cannot use more than +10% max fire resist against sorceress (Hotspurs not allowed vs Vita Sorc)
- No more than 300 total cold resist if more than 1 point in cyclone armor
