There is a bug where random items are poofing from stashes and inventories lol you will literally never know if your shared item was stolen or proofed

Temporary solution is don't keep items in shared stash, only if absolutely necesery. Keep it on mules

only happens when you have your stash/inv full of 1 slot items, usually only happens when you're crafting or making unid 1 slot packs like this

Torch is 2 slots and it has poofed so this is false to say only happens with 1 slot items.

it has some sort of a priority for which items poof first yes, and all items can poof. just saying it will only happen if you have the majority of your inventory/stash full of 1 slot items

I read the Reddit topic that other dude posted and it’s apparently because of char file size limits. 8kb is the char size limit and now that the stash is so much larger you can go over the size limit, when you do items start poofing

So I havent played a lot of D2, I made a full toon that has a full inventory/some stashed items -- Should I not log in until this is fixed? Nn items poofing pls

If it was going to poof it already did
if the char file is bigger at the last save than the intended limit, it didnt save the last time you logged off..... so it doesn't matter

Everyone where it happened kept 100+ crafted items in stash
crafted items take 1 slot, you can have a lot of them, and crafted have alwas have +4 affixes other than 3 fixed, so it's a lot of text -> char save file went over the limit
