Dunno whether anybody here wants official endorsement from the devs for pvp? The realm I was in in LOD had a next to non-existent pvp scene, and because of that also a shit trading scene, etc. I basically made a comparison of the state of pvp in this game and other pvp games on the official forum and pointed out what was lacking, and I wrote a lot but I'd have to be thorough about this sort of thing https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d3/t/pvp-make-it-official-long-post-part-23/46192 . The main problem is that the devs see this game as a pvm-only game, and that is why they pay so little attention to something like wsg. You have to go there and tell them what u want. The problem is not that they don't want you to have wsg, the problem is that they don't think pvp has potential (just upvote all the things in that thread and by this time next year you will be earning thousands of dollars in an ESL showroom hahaha)

The game is over after the hype without pvp. Lets face it pvm is boring after a while. ALL pvm people quit. But however blizz has made their money which never teaches them anything.

Yeah if we can get them to acknowledge that pvp is the be all end all in this game and not pvm, they may actually approach the game in a holistic manner

no point. the autistic screaching of people who played 15 years ago for 6 months is over powering. If blizzard doesnt want to listen to the people who played for 20 years thats their problem. And its why blizzard has been tanking after being the gaming giant for years during our childhood.

Man, think I'll just enjoy the pvms for now. I don't know whether there will be a pvp scene or not, but there won't be anywhere near as much as there should be unless blizz officially sanctioned pvp in the game. Like how Starcraft and Warcraft have a whole mode dedicated to pvp. With a real pvp mode, nobody plays the singleplayer campaign. If Diablo had that the pvp scene could be much bigger than the pvm, just hypothesizing. I probably wrote that stuff for nothing, too many noob posts on the official forum
