its by far not considered bm, and just a bad matchup.

however some rulesets have tried to challenge that to give blizz sorcs a better chance in this matchup.

as always with GM, its about good manner, ask your opponent if you aren't sure if something is allowed or should be allowed.
but by far most people will say it's fine and not against gm rules.
