Made the list last month, did some revises tonight, guess it's time to post this shit to rage some nerds!
Everything is based on PvP skill overall, no bias shits on my tier list. It doesn't matter who you are, whether i like you or not, if you are good at PvP, you will be on the higher tier list, if you suck at pvp, you will be on the bottom tier.

Must put Jess in tier 1, otherwise the selfclaimed "the best dueler in the world" will rage at me for the rest of the 2021, lmao!
Some Tier 1.5s and 2s can actually beat Tier 1s in certain M/U, but you have to be good at all characters to be considered as Tier 1 or above.
Some Tier 1.5s and 2s are actually better than Tier 1s on certain characters. IE: DHA is definitely the better BvC.
Do not complain about ping, this is Asia realm Tier list, deal with it.
Randoms who always try hard to stack teams to get some wins in fpks or constaintly blame their teammates when their teammates can't carry them in fpks, will never make it to pass Tier 2.
