I saw people changing their left skill from smite to charge for example.
How to do this?

You assign it a hotkey then press the key when you want to change it.

works just like hotkey for right click skills
if you see videos where it doesnt show a hotkey on their skill icon, that is because they set it with the secondary/button two buttons (right side in the settings)
